That is what you will receive when you schedule a one-on-one retirement benefits session with one of Retire Federal's subject matter experts. There's an old saying, "You don't know what you don't know" that applies to the time you will spend with a seasoned federal benefits expert. The end result will leave you better informed, perfectly prepared and more confident in your important retirement elections and decisions. Benefits counseling is the first step in a successful transition to retirement. Our benefits specialists will help you prepare for the next step in your planning which may include working with a financial adviser, accountant, attorney or insurance broker.

Copy of a recent leave and earnings statement
Statement of Federal Service from your agency or copies of SF-50’s or other records of beginning and ending dates of federal service, retirement coverage, and work schedule
Social Security Benefit Statement

Communications from the Office of Personnel Management, your agency, Social Security Administration, etc. relevant to your questions and concerns
